1. What kind of information do we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from our users:
- The first type of information is non-identifiable, non-identifiable information about the user (s), which may be provided or aggregated through your use of the Services (“non-personal information”). We are not aware of the identity of the user whose personal information has been collected. This information includes the following:
- Technical Information: In order to improve service functionality and provide you with a better user experience, we collect technical information sent by your device, including specific information about software and hardware (such as browser type, operating system used, language preference, access time and domain name services, etc.).
- Analytical Information: We collect information about your use of the Services, such as the use of applications, log files, user activity (e.g. pages viewed, time spent on specific pages, web browsing, clicks, actions, installations, etc.), timestamps, alerts, etc. This information is collected, among other things, errors and troubleshooting errors as well as research and analysis purposes related to your use of the Services.
- Anonymous information: We may hide or not identify information collected by the Services or other means so that the information cannot be personally identified. Our use and disclosure of this collected or non-specific information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy and may be disclosed to others without limitation and for any purpose.
- The second type of information is individually identifiable information that identifies the individual or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual (“personal information”), which includes the following:
- Voluntary information: We collect information voluntarily provided to us. For example, when you receive emails from us, contact us via email or share additional information about yourself through your use of the Services. In addition, we may collect users using Android on their Google email address.
- User Submissions: We allow you and other users to upload, post, or provide data, text, graphics, images, messages or other material (User Submissions) to the Services (for example via online discussion forums and chat facilities), including information Personal. We and other users may also see any of your user’s submitted data that you may make publicly available through the Services.
- Device Information: We may collect certain types of contact details and information about the device and devices that you may determine in terms of using our services, such as your IP address.
- Social networks: When you choose to link our app and services to your social network account (like your Facebook account), we’ll be able to access basic information from your social network account, such as your name, birthdate, profile photo, and friends list, as well as information provided to the public on this account.
We will use personal information for the purposes described here and disclose this information only to third parties as detailed in this privacy policy.
If we combine Personal Information with Non-personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.
2. Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons and other technologies or methods of web analysis to gather, store, and track certain information related to your visit to and activity through the Services.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your browser containing information about your access to the Services. We and our trusted partners may use such cookies for various different purposes. These purposes include allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, enable automatic activation of certain features, remembering your preferences and making the interaction between you and our Services quicker and easier.
We use different types of cookies:
- ‘session cookies’ which are stored only temporarily during a browsing session in order to allow normal use of the system and are deleted from your device when the browser is closed.

Similar Technologies – Local storage, such as HTML 5, allows a website or mobile app to store and retrieve data on a user’s device. Pixels are small blocks of code embedded on a web page, mobile app, or advertisements, and are a used for passing information from your device to a third party. Web beacons are electronic files that allow a website to count users who visited a page or to access cookies.
We use a tools called “Google Analytics” and ” Flurry Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Service. “Google Analytics” and “Flurry Analytics” collects information such as how often Users access the Service, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from them only to improve our Service. they collect the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Service, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of them with personally identifiable information.

How to manage your cookie settings – There are various ways in which you can manage and control your cookie settings. Please remember that, by deleting or blocking cookies, some of the features of the Services may not work properly or as effectively.
Turning off cookies via your web browser – Most web browsers will provide you with some general information about cookies, enable you to see what cookies are stored on your device, allow you to delete them all or on an individual basis, and enable you to block or allow cookies for all websites or individually selected websites. You can also normally turn off third party cookies separately. Please note that the settings offered by a browser or device often only apply to that particular browser or device.

3. How we use the information we collect
We use and share Personal Information in the manners described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the purposes listed above, the information we collect, which may include your Personal Information, is used for the following purposes:
- To provide our services (e.g. Enable you to share User Submissions; follow other users’ shared content; etc.).
- To identify and authenticate your access to certain features of the Services;
- To communicate with you and to keep you informed of our latest updates;
- To send you marketing communications regarding special offers, products, services and periodic newsletters (see more below under “Marketing”);
- To serve you advertisements when you use our services (see more below under “Advertisements”);
- To perform a research or to conduct anonymous analytics in order to improve and customize our services to your needs and interests;
- To test changes to the services and make improvements to their functionality;
- To support and troubleshoot our services and to respond to your queries; and

4. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal information with third-parties except as set out in this Privacy Policy.
In addition to the different uses listed above, we may transfer or disclose Personal Information to our affiliates, affiliated companies and subcontractors. In addition, we may transfer or disclose personal information with other trusted third-party service providers or partners, who are located in different jurisdictions across the world, for the purpose of:
(a) storing or processing such information on our behalf;
(b) assisting us with our business operations and the provision and improvement of our services; and
(c) performing research, technical diagnostics and analytics with regard to the Services.
We may also disclose Personal Information, or any information you submitted through the Services if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to:
- comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
- enforce our policies (including our Agreement), including investigations of potential violations thereof;
- investigate, detect, prevent, or act relating to illegal activities or other wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security issues;

5. Third Party Collection of Information
Please keep in mind that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party’s websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible, downloadable, or otherwise distributed through the Services. You should always review their privacy practices carefully before providing Personal Information to such third parties.
You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using any third-party websites, services or applications. You agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such third-party sites and your usage of them.
6. Marketing
We may use your Personal Data, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you.
Out of respect to your right to privacy, we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.
Please note that even if you opt-out, we may still use and share your Personal Data with third parties for non-marketing purposes (for example to fulfil your requests and orders, communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, etc.). In such cases, the companies with whom we share your Personal Data are authorized to use your Personal Data only as necessary to provide these non-marketing Services.
You may also object to the use of your Personal Data for advertising purposes by disabling your cookies, as described in the Tracking Technologies section.
7. Advertisements
Through our Services, we may provide advertisements that are tailored to you, for example ads that are based on your recent browsing behavior across different websites, browsers, or devices.
In order to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested, we as well as certain third parties, may use Tracking Technologies to display advertisements based on your visits to websites, to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested, and to measure the effectiveness of the ads. These Tracking Technologies are governed by each third party’s specific privacy policy, not this one. You may opt-out of many third-party ad networks.
Advertising Identifier
The Google Advertising ID is an anonymous identifier, provided by Google Play services. If your device has an Advertising ID, we will collect and use it for advertising and user analytic purposes. We may also use Apples’ Advertising Identifier (IDFA), which is a non-permanent device identifier provided by Apple, and any information obtained through the use of the Advertising Identifier, for the purpose of advertising.
By downloading or using our Services you explicitly agree that we may associate your Advertising ID and your Advertising Identifier with your applicable persistent device identifier. This will facilitate our ability to improve your personalized experience. Further, we may use other persistent identifiers for non-advertising purposes. If your device does not have Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier respectively, we will use other identifiers.
8. How Do We Safeguard and Transfer Your Information?
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data. Your data is stored on secure servers and isn’t publicly available. We limit access of your information only to those employees or partners on a “need to know” basis, in order to enable the carrying out of the agreement between us.
While we seek to protect your information to ensure that it is kept confidential, we cannot absolutely guarantee its security. You should be aware that there is always some risk involved in transmitting information over the internet. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of your Personal Data or other content you transmit using the Service, and you do so at your own risk.
9. For How Long We Retain the Information We Collect?
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined considering the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, trading information, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
10. Corporate Transaction
We may share Information, including Personal Information, in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale of an asset or transfer in the operation thereof) of the Company. In the event of the above, the acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.
11. Minors
The Services are not designated to users under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you should not use the Services nor provide any Personal Information to us.
We reserve the right to access and verify any Personal Information collected from you. In the event that we become aware that a user under the age of 16 has shared any Personal Information, we will discard such information and, subject to our sole discretion, we also may disable its account or take any action we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to enforce our policies. 12. Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, and the most current version will always be posted in our application. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
Your continued use of the Services, following the notification of such amendments in our application, constitutes your acknowledgement and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
